About Me

For more than a decade, Andrew has driven the transition of clean energy technologies into commercial deployment, combining finance, policy, and team leadership to deliver measurable impact across the sector.

Andrew began his career at Cheiron Trading, where he traded futures and applied rigorous data analysis within a quantitative trading environment. Transitioning into clean energy, he brought this analytical discipline to Powerhouse Venture, conducting investment analysis and due diligence on early-stage clean energy startups. He deepened this early-stage expertise at MXV Ventures, where he set company strategy and led consulting engagements that secured public funding to accelerate startup growth. He later advised on clean energy project finance at Aurora Energy Research, delivering power price forecasts and grid analytics that informed investment decisions for grid-scale battery developers and investors.

Andrew most recently served in the Portfolio Strategy Division of the DOE's Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED), where he built and led the $300M Liftoff Enabling Programs as a strategy and program development manager, reducing adoption barriers for clean energy technologies at scale.

Andrew holds a master's degree in public policy and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, and brings this multidisciplinary foundation to every strategic engagement.
